Pocket 4 reviews split cleanly in two. First-time gimbal buyers like it. Pocket 3 owners who upgraded are the Skip signal — a tight, repeated cluster of “I should have kept the 3.” The new low-light mode shows up in night shots and almost nowhere else. Meanwhile the Pocket 3 is still on Amazon at $319.

  Walking, cycling, and kid-chaos footage is why this form factor exists. That has not gotten worse.

• Low-light mode is real at night

  Night-market and indoor-dinner clips are cleaner than Pocket 3. Daylight is a wash.
